Once a devotee named Alooram from Salare district in Sind came to meet Satguru Maharaj . He informed Guruji that some saints from Shadadpur had come to Salare district . He had invited those saints for satsang but now they are asking him to give them 37rs for three years as Dakshina. Alooram said that he is unable to pay such a big amount and can pay only 5rs. but they refused and asked him to sell his household items and pay them. "These saints along with their wealthy followers are troubling poor people like us. Please enlighten us on this matter."
Swamiji then made him understand that a greedy Guru can never do good for his devotees. In Ramayana it is said
'Dhan harhe puni shok na harhe
so guru ghor narak mai parhe'
Such. hypocrites saints will definately suffer and fall in the deep ocean of hell.
Late evening, Swamiji went with his followers on the bridge of the river. Suddenly they heard someone shouting ,' Oh! I' ve fallen down ' the other man also screamed and he also fell on the first one. Bcoz of darkness no one could see properly. The third one who was following them shouted 'are u all blind??' saying this he also fell. They started shouting and blaming each other Swamiji reached there with a lantern along with his followers they informed Swamiji that these people had troubled poor people and had taken money from them forcefully. It seems God has heard poor people's woes so they are suffering.
Swamiji. smiled and did not reply.
